Who can join Hempflow?
Hempflow is for businesses and professionals in the value chain: growers, processors, extractors, laboratories, wholesalers, brands, contract manufacturers and machinery or service providers. It is not a retail shop.
What can I buy, sell or request?
You can publish standing crops, biomass, flowers, extracts, isolates, distillates, oils, cosmetics, private-label projects, machinery, processing and professional services. Anything outside the main categories belongs under “Everything else in the value chain”.
How much does Hempflow cost?
During launch, registration, publishing and direct-bank-transfer orders carry a 0% Hempflow commission and no subscription. The buyer sees the same net amount entered by the supplier. When protected Paysera payments become active, any fees will be shown before acceptance and will not apply to orders already created.
How does payment work today?
After an offer is accepted, Hempflow shows both verified companies’ legal details and the supplier’s encrypted IBAN only inside the order. The buyer pays the supplier directly by bank transfer; Hempflow records each step but does not receive, hold or transfer funds. Paysera will appear only after final approval.
How is the seller protected?
The buyer reports the transfer in the portal, but the supplier confirms payment only after the funds are actually visible in its company bank account. Processing and shipping begin after that confirmation. The order, history and progress remain recorded on Hempflow.
Why can’t I see the counterparty’s name?
During negotiation, names, emails, phone numbers and direct references remain hidden. Once an offer is accepted, only the two verified companies see legal names, VAT numbers and registered addresses for invoicing, payment and delivery; personal contacts remain private.
How does a negotiation begin?
When demand matches compatible supply, the counterparty can express interest and the conversation continues inside the protected portal. Hempflow remains the point of contact and supports the negotiation’s progress.
Which countries can I operate in?
The marketplace is designed for businesses operating across Europe and Switzerland. Permitted products and conditions vary by country, so buyers and publishers must verify the rules that apply at origin, destination and for the intended use.
Who is responsible for product compliance?
Compliance, testing, documentation and product legality remain the responsibility of the businesses involved. Hempflow facilitates the commercial introduction but does not replace legal, technical or customs checks.
